Mid-Century Monday: S. East Street, Raleigh

Each Monday here on the Red Bloom Realty Blog, I highlight a home in the Triangle that is in the mid-century style.

This little cutie is located just a stone’s throw from Downtown Raleigh, literally minutes from all the things. And it has so much going for it! This all-brick ranch is small, coming in at only a bit over 1300 square feet, and only has 1 bathroom. But, honestly, it’s all about the patio. It doesn’t matter how small it is, when you’ll be living your best life with Downtown amenities and this patio!

Small though it may be, it has good space in all the right places, with a beautifully redone kitchen, a comfy living room and dining room. Did I mention the patio? Seriously, I want to buy it just so you can throw parties back there and invite me to them.
